Goofing Off-Vrusk

I made the template for drawing uniforms, but while working on it, I saw the eye mask... Had to. A version of TMNT with Vrusk instead of turtles wasn't planned, but absolutely fits in the world as something you'd see on an entertainment device... LOL [And I guess TECHNICALLY the Vrusk should be blue—teenager and all—but the green sells the TMNT bit, so...]
