Refer to: <a href="/node/2341">Part 03: Why a Dreadnought?</a>.<br /><div><br /></div><div>correct me if Im wrong but </div><div>Dreadnoughts were a class of ships during WW1 where were simply festooned with lots and lots of guns of all sizes until air power became a thing and that line of naval developement was abandoned. later we got battle ships with just the biggest guns possible but even those have been pushed to the wayside due to new weapons systems and super carriers</div><div><br /></div><div>What you were describing sounds like a super carrier</div><div><br /></div><div>Although "super carrier" doesnt have the "cache" like say Battlestar or Dread Carrier or Battle Carrier</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div>
