Tell me about Keep On the Borderlands

Back story: I'm running Keep on the Borderlands with my daughters on Saturday visitation. They are playing an elf and a halfling Basic D&amp;D characters. <br /><br />So Im curious how you all might have modified or embellished the module when you played it?<br /><br /><br /><br />
