Develope a Scavenger "group" rags, robes, respirators</div><div>Almost a sand people vibe but more human post apocalyptic feel. Original genesis may have been with refugees from Pale during the first Sathar War.</div><div>Small group(s) disappeared into the Laco wilderness particularly after the Worms landed on Laco. These days the Scavs are well armed having been able to scavenge and loot the battlefields of Laco's War. The mass of rags, robes, and odds and ends that they wear functions as a 20pt Skien suit. However they could also have a looted Skien suit or even partial polyplate armor. They are not above acting as highwaymen and robbing travelers in the wastelands of Laco. </div><div><br /></div><div>Toying with writing in a reason lopers were imported from Volturnus and are now being ridden by Scavs. </div><div><br /></div>
