<p>I've been working on and off on this non-player character race for a bit of time. My concept of it changed a bit, but it is based on the forum discussion "What Kind of Ruins Would an Intelligent Energy Being Leave Behind" http://starfrontiers.us/node/9298.</p><p>I'm still working out some of the kinks, such as the psionic power "Banishment" which I am basing on the AD&D spell "Damnation."</p>
