Need help finding a thread about degrees of sentience

I was trolling though Game Talk looking for interesting stuff and I stumbled across a thread where someone had cadged a list of the degrees of sentience from another game.  It covered everything from mindless insect drones through non-human intelliegences such as gorilla and elephant up to human level.<br /><br />Like an idiot I didn't bookmark it so I could find it again.  Does anyone remember this thread?  Search-fu has failed me.
