A New Spin On Spining Space Stations

I just came across this and think of it as pretty interesting.<br /><br />https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXwAYMj823s&amp;feature=youtu.be<br /><br />The questions I have after reviewing it are:<br /><br />What would be the best ways to connect the levels together?  I'm pondering ladders, lifts, etc.<br /><br />Would there be any odd effects of gravity as the spiral went out?  Typically I pick a distance out on my space station and set the spin rate to produce 1g there and then calculate the other deck gravities from that.<br /><br /><br />last thought, notice the interesting pouring water footage from a spinning circular gravity.
