<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: normal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'">Founded 30 years ago by a group of Human idealists, </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'">the Kraatar
Liberation Corps (KLC) was presumably co-founded by the humans David Dever and
Cuitriss Manbela. It is a secret organization dedicated to freeing Kraatar from
Vrusk domination. Although the group claims to be a political organization, Dever
called on member to take “direct action” against Vrusk interests, which have
led to bombing attacks and acts of sabotage. Dever was arrested and imprisoned,
but escaped 10 years ago and has since gone “underground.” Manbela is believed
to have fled the planet.</span></p>
