Finally managed to cajole my regular Cthulhu D20 players into playing a game of Star Frontiers last Monday. 2 of them are seasoned SF veterans who just haven't played a game in 10 years or so, another was a newbie to the system. <br /><br />It was funny, the simple math seemed pretty taxing to guys that have been playing complicated systems for years the last time we did character creation a couple years ago, so this time I just handed out some old characters and rolled with it.<br /><br />Did the Volturnus shuffle, but let them keep their weapons, seeing that the majority of the guys know what happens every time someone locks your weapons in a locker, and doubled the bad guys, throwing in a skein suit or 2 for good measure.<br /><br />Thought it would be a one-shot, but the guys want to rip it again in a couple weeks. The new guy goes "I feel so wholesome...this system is great!" What the...<br /><br />Anyway, we'll see were this goes...<br /><br />-Jay
