TSR rescue and recycling?

Should I put the stuff I am getting together in an existing Project or create a project? As it will all be in it's original form. If existing Project which one?<div><br /></div><div>I am currently putting a huge bunch of TSR stuff together... magazines, supplements if I can find them etc... I started with 2 questions which then snow balled...
