[quote=wikipedia]

Most navies
have a standard court-martial which convenes whenever a ship is lost;
this does not presume that the captain is suspected of wrongdoing, but
merely that the circumstances surrounding the loss of the ship be made
part of the official record.

[quote=end]

I've long wanted to explore the possibility of running an adventure with a court martial as the center of the adventure or as a backdrop. Perhaps it just because "A Few Good Men" is on I'm thinking about it again.

So what would happen in SW1 with an officier put in charge of investigating an incident where a sathar had used its hypnotism ability to get someone to do something that is a crime and an officier was assigned to investigate and or defend the suspect?

or say at any other time in Frontie history a ship disappeared and a court martial was convened?
