New vessels - Brig, Brigantine and Schooner

My question is why not introduce some new spaceships?<div><br /></div><div>These vessels were typically between a small yacht and up to frigate in size. The Assault Scout kind of fills this role but it is worth a discussion because other races may not use the Assault Scout.
