https://medium.com/war-is-boring/2d6b26e2b3b5<br /><br />Based on realistic technology of the past century the Cold War almost gave us under sea naval bases.<br /><br />Planets that come to mind in the SF universe are Faire with its five islands/water world- CFM has a secret bunker deep in the bed rock against possible sathar attack in their system.<br /><br />Clarion is very wet but would the Crown foot the bill for this?<br /><br />None of the yazirian colonies strike me as doing this sort of thing.<br /><br />Other possibilities would me new systems- Alcazzar system when the corporate war latter in the time line errupts to involve all the moons- one moon is like Io. world ocean covered in ice. or other GM created new systems for adventure locations.
