Model for the Vrusk written language

Idea: what about cuneiform as a model for written vrusk? Cuneiform was written with a wedge shaped stylus and the pattern of wedge impressions represented words and syllables. What if during the hive era writing for the vrusk was invented in much the same way except the vrusk used their finger tips to make impressions in clay tablets. Later it evolved into a true writing style.
