Artwork for the rastie from volturnus sticks in me head so I'm going to start with long and somewhat powerful legs that fold IP like a frogs. (Note to self this could mean a racial bonus to RS and or an initiative modifier.) Creature likes to squat when not moving. So a tail is probably out. Needs an upright body an long arms which are not as powerful as the legs. Absolutely cannot be amphibian or have skin like a frog since we used frog like in describing the legs. So covered in short hair.
