The companies control all trade with other planets, and considers smuggling a serious crime. The planet has rings that are visible from the ground during the day. <br /><br />Planetary footnote in Zebs restates the info about the government.<br /><br />Question: What would this government look like or how would it work? <br /><br />It sounds like the vrusk companies control trade and foriegn policy and perhaps the dralasites control the domestic side. <br /><br />It should also be noted that the planetary footnote for Zik-kit (Kizk'-Kar system) states: Zik-kit has very rich mineral deposits. These are exported mainly to Terledrom for manufacturing. Zik-kit is controlled as a colony by the Terledrom govenment. <br /><br />Since Zik-Kit is a strictly vrusk colony it would seem that its administration must fall under the vrusk companies involved in the government.<br /><br />EDIT: could this work as a bicameral congress: one house populated with vrusk and one house populated with dralasites. If so is there an executive branch? who controls it? if there is a chief executive and he/she/it is of one race then I'd expect the VP to be of the other race. Is there a judicial branch?
