What information do we need to collect about a gaming session from the referee to provide to the players so they can decide which games they want to play in? So far I've come up with:<br /><br /><ul><li>name</li><li>gaming session it will be in (i.e date and time)</li><li>short description</li><li>maximum number of players</li><li>rule system to be used (AD, AD/KH, Zeb, other)</li><li>technology to be employed (chat room, skype, map tools, openRPG, etc)</li><li>Open or closed session (i.e. will the referee allow non-kibitzing observers or is it closed to only the players)</li><li>Is this a continuation session from a pervious game session (and if so which one)</li><li>Special/House/Optional rules to be used</li></ul>Any other information we should collect?<br /><br />I'm not sure how best to collect the Special/House/Optional rules as the possibilites are quite vairied. For now it will just be a text box the referee can type information into.<br />
