hovercraft effeciency and light gravity

Wondering about the effects of lighter gravity on hovercraft.<br /><br />just how far off the ground could a hover craft get in 1g and what would happen on a 0.7g world?<br /><br />I'm guessing that lower g is good for hovercraft.
