Formad Cluster announcement

Started a thread on the Formad Cluster because of Iggy<br />RE: http://www.starfrontiers.us/node/5688<br /><br />I put it in a project so it would not get lost in the general forums.<br /><br />Its a collaborative thread with majority opinion controlling direction and goal being a nice write up for the zine or at least in the documents section so Frontiersman can use it.<br /><br />
