I did some looking into identifying chemicals and I'm just not sure i can recommend due to safety concerns.<br />unless its abstracted a little with a chemical composition spit out of a hand held scanner and the kids have to compare it to another list to make an identification.<br /><br />A good option might be a microscope and slides. the kids can compare samples under a microscope.<br /><br />a chart with cat hair, dog hair, horse hair etc and a sample that will let kids compare and identify the sample against the chart would work.<br /><br />Tire tread samples on transparencies and then control samples on whit paper as well as shoe print samples.<br /><br />Anyone else have Ideas?<br /><br />naturally were talking about ideas for a CSI port Loren kind of game here.
