URS Optional Systems Guidebook

I have uploaded the Optional systems guidebook for the URS rules, which offers new skills, feats, Mutations, Psionics and more for the URS rules set. This book also has a generic Character sheet, and an addenda which offers the few optional skills that were missing in the other URS books.<br /><br />The core URS rules set are now available, and I hope that they may prove useful to anyone who wants a flexible system that can be tailored to nearly any setting you can imagine.
