UPF Intelligence Reports

I had an idea on a series of <b>UPF Intelligence Reports</b> that list individuals and organizations that pose athreat to frontier security. If you would like to help please use the following format. I crafted two below as samples (I need to fill in some background fluff).  I'm sure you all have NPC's (major and minor) and cults, corps, yada in your campaigns that could easily be submitted.  If you need help or more detail post here and we can work on them together.
