d20 Future and stolen aliens

I'm sure this has been brought up already, but just in case, has anyone found that the Vrusk, Dralasites, and Yazirians (as well as all the alien PC races from Alternity) are in D20 Future?  I'm not sure I like that.  Regardless of who owns what rights to what property, I still feel as though a big part of Star Frontiers has been compromised.<br />
