Star Frontiersman Magazine displays funny when printed

I'm new here. So...I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this.<br /><br />I sent my Star Frontiersman Magazines to Kinko's to be printed. I specified a standard set-up. Separate color front cover, the interior pages double-sided, separate back cover. <br /><br />When I got them back, imagine my surprise, the page numbers were all next to the spine. <br /><br />Suggested Fix for this: There needs to be a blank page between the front cover and the Table of Contents Page. <br /><br />Thanks,
