SF1 the roller<br />It was always my least favorite volturunus animal.<br />How could an animal grow or evolve with a moving part like that? It just strikes me as silly.<br /><br />Anyway the point of this post is I was wondering is anyone redesigned the roller into a saner more plausible animal?<br /><br />My new favorite volturnus animal is the cactus wompur listed in the ul-mor alien update file. it has no picture or stats! From the name I imagined an anklyasaur type dinosaur with an armored back and a club tail that it uses to smash cactus to get at the juices within. (the name also implies cactus plants in the setting and I created cactus patches that sand sharks like to stake out waiting for prey). In fact I may have dropped a plastic dinosaur on the table during the SF-0 module. So I was thinking something along the lines of a close branch on the evolutionary tree for the roller and the cactus wumper. <br /><br />Possibly the roller has a similar tail it smashes the glass shard grass with before eating it. or just change the roll to a armored nose of some type or I can just ignore rollers altogether from the module.<br /><br />anyone have idea or even better a bit of art work that might work for a redesigned roller?<br /><br /><br />
