Is this the old star frontiers from the 1980's?

I played this when I was a kid and wanted to play it again.  I found your site, but, and sorry for this, there is another start frontiers site also.  Is this the same game from the 80's?  What is &quot;remastered&quot;?  Is this a different game from the other site (<a href="http://starfrontiers.com/">http://starfrontiers.com/</a&gt;)?<br /><br />Thank you.
