Heat Displacement Suit

Hey guys I have an idea. What do you think about a suit that sort of masks the wearer's body heat to match the surroundings? This wont be able for long periods of time (few minutes at the most) but enough to help the wearer evade certain sensors or even detection from a race or being that has some ability to detect heat in their vision. Anybody have any idea on the stats that could go for this????????
