he visits, whose true name is Tyler Starke, has STOLEN Knowledge Arcana
from the staff of the magazine by filing their trademark under his name
at the US patent and trademark office. He said it himself:<br /><br /><a href="http://www.gleemax.com/Comms/Pages/Communities/BlogPost.aspx?blogpostid… TM Thief in Action</a><br /><br />He
has stolen the trademark over a grudge and he himself is the one who
did not get written permission from certain artists to use their
material, as he himself was the Art Director entrusted with the task.
Also, the issue in question has not gone to print, so he is defaming
the good reputations of everyone on staff, including Penny williams
(aka, Penny Petticord). He has accused the entire staff of Knowledge
Arcana of stealing artists' works. This is a blatant Lie.<br /><br />The
lesson is to protect all your trademarks by filing them with the US
patent and trademark office. Don't let anyone do this to you. Protect
your rights. Also, keep hard copies of all your work, and if possible,
file your work with the copyright office.<br /><br />If Tyler finds out
that I have helped with other works on this site, he may attempt to
file other trademarks associated with other things I'm involved with.<br /><br />DON'T BE A VICTIM!<br /><</>><br /></div></div>
