Mounting shuttles on ships hulls

<br />To save space on some of my research ships I was thinking of adding grapples and mounts on both atomo shuttle craft and other space only craft. What are your thoughts about the following:<br /><br />Atmosphere capable shuttles<br />- Cost of the mounts + adjoining airlocks (need them on the shuttle and main ship)<br /><br />Non-atmo shuttles<br />- Cost of the mounts + adjoining airlocks (need them on the shuttle and main ship)<br />
