Why a "Join the revival" website?

<br />I just wanted to remind everyone that Bill and I initially wanted to work with the people at sf.org and sf.com to start a real community driven site that allowed all SF fans from every background the web space to &quot;share their project&quot;. no one is asked to &quot;conform&quot; to this rule set or that, it's an open-community.<br /><br />unfortunatley we were turned down. so we decided to build-our-own. Bill took off on the Drupal platform incredibly quick, almost amazing and has turned into the site we have now. he has coded 100% of it and has stayed away from turning into &quot;his&quot; site. it's not a site for the StarFrontiers Man, or the Digitally Remastered project althought they will prob be the biggest part of drawing the SF community here. <img src="http://starfrontiers.us/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugi…; alt="Smile" title="Smile" border="0" /><br /><br />it's become a wonderful site for everyone and Bill is working hard to &quot;get the kinks&quot; out and has suffered from &quot;code creep&quot; (Bill, can you add this? add that? jump up and down and turn around?) <img src="http://starfrontiers.us/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugi…; alt="Wink" title="Wink" border="0" /><br /><br />some have opted to only contribut to SFMAN, some have started their own projects leaving SFMAN for a bit. whatever the reason let's working on shifting our talents to the task at hand which I believe based on Bill's lost harddrive is to re-submit or newly-submit articles to SFMAN and continue to work on any bugs that crop up on this site and try to table new feature requests.<br /><br />dealio? <img src="http://starfrontiers.us/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugi…; alt="Cool" title="Cool" border="0" /><br /><br />....oh, if your not parallel to me, <b>GET</b> parallel to Bill <img src="http://starfrontiers.us/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugi…; alt="Tongue out" title="Tongue out" border="0" /><br /><br /><br />
